Ingredients
2 Cups of Vanilla Soy Milk or Skim Milk
1/4 Cup of Frozen Blackberries (No sugar added)
1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries (No sugar added)
2 TBS of ground golden flaxseed
Pinch of bee pollen
1 TBS of Agave Nectar or 1 TBS. of pure Honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients in order listed above into a blender or a Vita Mixer and blend until smooth. If you would like a thicker smoothie, add less milk. This smoothie is filled with antioxidants and filling. You can add a scoop of your favorite protein for a complete meal.
