Ingredients
1 banana
2 slices of light 100% whole wheat bread (40 calories or less per slice)
2 tsp reduced-sugar strawberry jam (no high fructose corn syrup)
2 TB plain or vanilla fat-free greek yogurt
2 tsp reduced-sugar or sugar-free maple syrup
Directions:Preheat Oven to 350°.
1. Toast bread.
2. Spread stawberry jam on each slice.
3. Spread greek yogurt on top of strawberry jam.
4. Cut banana into slices cross-wise and arrange equally on bread slices.
5. drizzle syrup over banana.
