Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2-4 ounce salmon filets
Sea Salt and Black pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp honey

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, mix together vinegar and honey.

3. Rub salmon with olive oil on both sides, and put in small glass Pyrex baking dish.

4. Season salmon with sea salt and black pepper.

5. Bake for 15 minutes.
