Ingredients
7.5 oz jar Grilled Marinated Artichoke Hearts
8 oz Greek cream cheese
1 oz parmesan
8 oz greek cream cheese, softened
6 oz reduced fat cheese blend, shredded
1/2 c plain nonfat greek yogurt
.2 oz garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 oz frozen kale
2 T pimentos
paprika, for sprinkling
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1 oz liquid. Place artichokes and reserved liquid in blender. Add remaining ingredients except paprika. Pulse in blender to mix roughly and to chop garlic in process, then blend thoroughly. Pour in oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
