Ingredients
4 Tilapia filets
Pinch of Sea Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Juice of 2 lemons
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Spray a 13″ by 9″ glass Pyrex baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and put tilapia in the dish.
3. Squeeze lemon juice on the fish filets.
4. Lightly salt and pepper fish filets.
5. Top with almonds, press them onto fish filets.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
*For a totally clean and healthy balanced meal serve with rice or baked sweet potato and steamed veggie of your choice!
