Great Glutes Premixes and ChaptersNow that we’ve entered into the DVD authoring phase  we thought we would start to share with you the chapter menus and the premixes we have planned for all of the new workouts.  To begin, listed below are the chapter and premix menus for Great Glutes which is one of two lower body workouts we recently filmed. Cathe is known for her outstanding and effective lower body workouts and “Great Glutes” continues this tradition.
