Daytona Updates

10-4-17 – Update: Menus have now been posted below.

10-2-17 Update: Shuttle is confirmed for 11am on Friday, October 6, 2017 for those of you that are staying at Perry’s. They have a 25 passenger shuttle and will make two runs and will bring you to the Plaza Resorts & Spa at no charge to you. You can use the pool and have fun on the beach at the Plaza when you arrive and while you wait to check in to your room. We will open registration and shopping at 12pm. Can’t wait to meet everyone.

*9-29-17 – Update: We’ve changed the Friday start time of the first class to 4pm ( see complete schedule below). This should hopefully allow everyone to be able to check into their rooms in time for the first class. We will provide a free shuttle on Friday in the morning to bring everyone that is staying Thursday night at Perry’s Resort to the Plaza Resorts. We’re still awaiting for confirmation of the pickup times and we will let everyone know here what they are as soon as we know.

4:00–5:00 p.m. First Class with Cathe – Kickboxing (Gloves Optional)

5:00–6:00 p.m. Free Time

6:00–8:00 p.m. Meet & Greet, Dinner on the Pool Deck, and Cathe Available for Pictures

8:00–8:30 p.m. Break

8:30–9:15 p.m. Second Class with Cathe – Stretch Class

9:15–10:30 p.m. Question & Answer Session with Cathe by the Fire Pit

 

Saturday, October 7th

8:00–8:30 a.m. Group Photo on the Beach

8:30–8:45 a.m. Break

8:45–9:45 a.m. Third Class with Cathe – Leg Blast with Chair

9:45–11:15 a.m. Free Time

11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Fourth Class with Cathe – Mixed Impact HiiT with Weights

12:15–3:00 p.m. Clean-Up and Break

3:00–4:00 p.m. Fifth Class with Cathe – Metabolic Burn

4:00–6:00 p.m. Free Time

6:00–10:00 p.m. Dinner & Reception by the Pool and Cathe Available for Pictures

 

Sunday, October 8th

8:30–9:30 a.m. Sixth Class with Cathe on the Beach

9:30–10:30 a.m. Farewell Brunch by the Pool and Cathe Available for Pictures

Hotel Information

  • You can make your new room reservations by calling  The Plaza Resorts & Spa at 1-866-500-5630 and asking for the CATHE ROAD TRIP room block. You can only book a hotel room Friday – Monday at the Plaza as they are booked on Thursday. We have made arrangements with another hotel for “early birds” that are arriving on Thursday at another hotel called Perry’s Resort. We will provide a free shuttle on Friday morning to help relocate you to the Plaza Resort & Spa for the rest of the Daytona Road Trip. Reservation information for early birds is shown below.
  • If you’re arriving early on Thursday and a place to stay for just Thursday night we have reserved a block of rooms at Perry’s Resort. Call 1-800-447-0002 and say your with the Cathe Road Trip.

 

Menu – Friday Tropical Fitness Buffet, October 6th- 6 pm to 8 pm
