Sat…Gym Style Chest and Triceps… Plus another 10 minute segment of your choice from X10

Mon…Party Rockin Step: Two

Tuesday…Xtrain Legs

Wed…Kick, Punch and Crunch

Thursday…Supersets

Fri…MMA Boxing

Tuesday…Cardio Leg Blast
