This month (May 2024 Workout Rotation)we will visit strength training routines from multiple series. Some weeks will be a little more aggressive, while others will have additional recovery days built in. Feel free to add in extra recovery workouts as needed throughout the month. Your cardio this month will be a mix of boxing and low impact HiiT placed in-between your weight training days to give you a break from the weights while burning some extra calories at the same time! Eat well, sleep well, and have fun!
