June 2013: A little Old and a little New!!! What do you get when you mix a little of the older DVD’s with a little of the newer DVD’s? A June rotation that’s filled with variety, cross training, and fat burning. This month get summer fit with everything you need to do to get super lean, super strong and super fit!!! For maximum results drink at least 10 eight ounce glasses of water every day and eat super clean!


Week One:

Mon…Circuit Blast

Tues….4 Day Split: Kickbox in its entirety

Wed….Pyramid Upper Body

Thurs….Step Fit

Fri….Maximum Intensity Cardio

Sat…..STS:Total Body


Week Two:

Mon…Pyramid Lower Body

Tues….4 Day Split: Boot Camp in its Entirety

Wed….Slide and Glide (cardio Only) plus MMA Fusion in its entirety

Thurs…. Cardio Leg Blast

Fri…. 4 Day Split Higher Intensity step


Sun….. 4 Day Split Lower Intensity step

Week Three:

Mon…Kick Max

Tues….Imax 3


Thurs….Total Body Trisets: Upper Body

Fri….Rhythmic Step

Sat…..Body Max 2 in its entirety



Week Four:

Mon…XTRAIN All out low Impact Hiit

Tues….Turbo Barre

Wed….Cardio Core Circuit

Thurs….Drill Max

Fri….Xtrain Legs

  1. I LOVE this rotation! Gives me a chance to pull out some of my seldom used anymore (but not forgotten) workouts. Can’t wait!

  2. I love the rotations, and, most importantly, I have all the cds!!! I’m getting dentures in, finally, so, as usual with cathe, you don’t have to do everything, just try until failure, and don’t go beyond BAD pain!! Good pain is normal and getting your muscles back in shape. I had a horrible back problem, but I’m happy to let you know, Cathe, I’m cutting back all my pain pills, with no problem. I’ve also found that my back feels better with exercise, and I sleep much better. It’s been a battle, but I’m back on the battle feild to exercising and eating better!!!
