Great Glutes is a lower body workout that is broken down into the following segments:
warm up
compound glutes
chair/barre
glide discs
stability ball
mat
stretch
We will have numerous timesaver premixes that will eliminate different segments. That way if you don’t want to do “chair/barre” or “glide discs’ or any of the segments listed above you don’t have to. This makes this workout perfect to take with you when you travel since most of the equipment can easily fit in your suitcase.
