Happy December, Cathletes!
This is sure to be a busy month ((December 2022 Workout Rotation) of hustle and bustle, but we still want to stay on top of our fitness routines and goals! This month we’ll focus on some shorter routines so that they are easy to squeeze in amongst the festivities with family and friends! Just because the routines are shorter in duration doesn’t mean they’re any less intense! Rest as needed, keep hydrated and fuel your body with healthy ingredients (and maybe a few holiday treats… wink!) Most importantly, have fun!
