  1. I was wondering what you would think about adding the Series in parenthesis after the workout title on the monthly workout rotation… I’m starting to find that I’m having a hard time locating some of the workouts…but I know I have ALL of them 🙂

  2. Cathe is the GOLD standard of workout DVDs. I recently did a Turkey Trot 5 mile run/walk. I didn’t run because I have knee problems and walked the whole thing. I did it in 63 minutes with little sweating, it was cold like 32 degrees outside. The people that finished it with me where breathing heavy and stopped because they jogged walked it. They were trying to catch their breath. I was tired, but I was like is this it??? I felt like I was cheated! The 5 milke walk was to easy! Now what does this have to do with Cathe?? Since I started doing Cathe 6 month ago, I would have never gotten in this great shape. Cathe workout are more challenging and fun then walking 2 hours. I can’t walk 2 hours because I don’t sweat anymore. Cathe is challenging to do because she makes me sweat. And Cathe’s workout is great on my knees. When I walked for 1 hour, I would feel pain, but with Cathe it hurt less, even with Step aeobrics that I love! Cathe workouts are better than walking 5 miles because I sweat. And sweating is the means I have done something! Can’t wait to do Cathe’s 2017 December Rotation! Thank You Cathe and the Gang!

  3. I’m new to OnDemand and Cathe’s rotations. How are the workouts chosen? What’s the science behind it? Just looking for additional guidance being a newbie!
