Happy Holidays Cathletes!  As this month draws near its end we are most likely not going to have the time for 60 minute workouts.  Good News!  By then you should have your Ripped With Hiit workouts in your hands, which are perfectly shorter in length, and I will factor them into the last two weeks of this rotation.  I know this month is loaded with festive food but try your best to eat clean whenever you can, drink tons of water whenever you can and sleep 6 to 8 hours whenever you can.  Happy Holidays!

Mon…Ripped with Hiit (RWH) Plyo Hiit One

Tues…RWH/Lift It Hit it Back/Shoulders/Biceps

Wed….OFF

Thurs…RWH/Low Impact Hiit One

Fri….RWH/ Lift It Hit it Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Sat….OFF
