Cathe's April 2015 Workout Rotation

 

This month’s rotation is for all of our kickboxing, boxing, bootcamp and leg blast lovers.  This rotation focuses on all of these types of workouts and is guaranteed to bring you great overall strength, muscle shaping and fat loss results. Clean eating, extra water, slightly extra protein on your workout days and lots of solid sleep will enhance your results.  Have fun and go get’m.

Mon…Original Boot Camp (Intensity Series)

Wed…Cardio Leg Blast

Thurs…Hard strikes

Sat…. Muscle Endurance

Sun…Stretch Max 1 OR YOGA RELAX

WEEK TWO

Mon…4DS…Bootcamp (cardio portion only)

Tues…MMA Fusion

Wed…4DS Kickbox workout in its entirety (including legs)

Thurs…OFF

Fri…Kick Punch and Crunch

Sat….Lower Body Blast

Sun…Stretch Max 2 OR YOGA RELAX

Mon…Rockout Knockout

Tues…MMA Kickbox

Wed…Ripped with Hiit Circuit Upper Body

Thurs…Pyramid Upper Body

Fri…Lift It Hiit It Legs

Sat….OFF

Sun… Stretch Max 3 OR YOGA RELAX

Mon…Kick Max

Tues…STS Total Body

Wed…Ripped With Hiit: Low Impact Hiit Two

Thurs… Cross Train Xxpress Kickbox
