The 2024 Glassboro Roadtrip is officially sold out! For those of you that are signed up, I can’t WAIT to see all of you in July!!! For anyone that wasn’t able to sign up, but wants the opportunity to get a spot on this trip, please sign up and you’ll be added to our waiting list! We’ve seen many people make it into a Roadtrip from the waiting list so don’t let it stop you! You won’t be charged anything to join it! About Our 2024 Annual Glassboro Road Trip
Calling all Cathletes! Yes, it's official, the 2024 Cathe Glassboro Road Trip will be held July 26th through 28th. Get ready to get sweaty live with Cathe for several intense classes, pose for pictures on Cathe's filming set, meet cast members, and of course create memories and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Mark your calendars for an event you surely won't want to miss! Just click on the Buy Tickets button that will appear at the top of this page starting Friday January 26th at 1pm EST.
Space is limited to the first 105 people to sign up! The cost of the 2024 Glassboro Road Trip is $399. A $133 non-refundable deposit (sorry no exceptions) is due at sign up. Your credit card will also be charged automatically for additional payments of $133 on April 1st and $133 on June 1st. Each payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your road trip reservation prior to one of the additional payment dates, no additional payments will be charged.
There are absolutely no exceptions to our refund policy. We strongly suggest that if you feel there is even the slightest chance of you cancelling your road trip reservation you should take out trip insurance on a site like InsureMyTrip. This site offers different types of insurance that may cover you if you need to cancel your trip. Cathe Dot Com is not responsible or liable for your transportation, hotel, and other expenses.
• Please be sure to add your t-shirt size during the signup process. T-shirts will be unisex sizing so no need to size up unless you want a looser fit.
What's Included
Your registration fee includes four delicious meals, 6 high energy classes with Cathe, and activities such as a DJ Dinner/Dance Party, a cast meet and greet, a Q&A, plus plenty of chatting/picture time with Cathe and all your Cathlete buds!
• You will be responsible for hotel accommodations (see hotel info below) as well as transportation to Glassboro from the airport to the hotel. We will provide bus transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriott and Four Seasons Fitness Facility during the road trip.
How To Reserve Your Room at Courtyard by Marriott Rowan University
The state-of-the-art Courtyard by Marriott located on the Rowan University campus is only about one mile from our facility. This hotel provides great flexibility for those attending our road trips. The Bistro, located inside the hotel, is your destination for a great breakfast, or food and drinks when you're not eating at our facility. You'll also enjoy inviting, flexible spaces where you can work or relax, free Wi-Fi throughout and easy access to the latest news, weather, and airport conditions via their GoBoard technology. You may reserve your hotel room at the Courtyard Marriott in Glassboro by calling the hotel directly at 1-856-881-0048 (option 2) and requesting the "Road Trip 2024 Group" (only after you have successfully signed up for the Glassboro Road Trip starting on January 26th at 1pm EST). Make sure to mention that you are part of the Cathe Road Trip 2024 Group and you will receive a special room rate of only $165 per night (*$175 for king rooms) *plus occupancy tax.
Last day to reserve a room at our special rate is Friday June 24th, 2024 at 11:59pm EDT, but we recommend doing this ASAP as our special room rate is available on a first come first serve basis and rooms will go fast. Our group rate may only be used by Cathletes that successfully sign up for the Road Trip. Please don't sign up for a room until after you sign up for the road trip.
Each reservation being paid for on an individual basis must be guaranteed with one (1) night’s room and tax, by a major credit card. This deposit is due at the time of reservation, and prior to cut-off date, and is subject to a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture. Any reservation not canceled in accordance with reservation policies will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax, and will be charged against the individual’s deposit.

Bus Transportation
Once again for this year's Road Trip, round-trip bus transportation to and from the Courtyard Marriott in Glassboro for all Road Trip events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be provided at no additional charge.
Event Location
The 2024 Cathe Glassboro Road Trip is once again being held at our fitness facility, located in Glassboro, New Jersey. Our highly equipped, 85,000 square foot facility, Four Season's Fitness, also houses Cathe's world class 6,000 square foot filming studio where we film all her workouts. Shipping, editing, graphics, web design and offices are located on site offering a one-of-a-kind total production facility.

What is a Cathe Road Trip Like?
Each year we hold our annual Cathe Road Trip at our facility is Glassboro, NJ. We only have enough room for 105 Cathletes and historically our Glassboro road trips sell out in just a few minutes.Though we offer both onsite and offsite road trips, the Glassboro road trip is special because the workouts are in our Gym and we can provide all of the weights, bikes, steps, etc that we simply can't bring on our offsite road trips. Plus you get to see and experience our filming studio and see where Cathe Live and our DVDs are filmed. You even get to be in a Cathe Live video! Still, it's impossible to to explain with words what a Cathe Road Trip is all about because it's so much more than just the workouts - it's also about the lifelong friendships that are made. Though you really need to experience a Cathe Road Trip to really understand how special they're, we hope this video from our 2012 Road Trip will at least give those of you that are not familiar an idea of the wonderful time you can expect to have.
We look forward to welcoming 105 Road Trip Cathletes from all over the world to our facility in Glassboro, New Jersey. This will be an action packed weekend for all of the attending Cathletes and whether this is your first road trip or your fifth, Cathe and our staff will do everything we can to truly make this a special weekend that you will remember forever.
