All of our Road trips feature unlimited buffets for all meals. We make sure to always have vegetarian choices with every meal.

Meals are included with all of our Road Trip registration fees. Meals are a great way to make new friends and to talk to Cathe in a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. The Cathletes arrive on Friday for registration and to pick up their badges and free gifts. Friday Schedule: 1:00 to 3:00pm – Registration and Shopping 4:00pm to 5:00pm – First Class with Cathe 5:00pm to 6:00pm – Quick Break 6:00pm to 8:00pm – Meet and Greet/Dinner 8:00pm to 8:30pm – Quick Break 8:30pm to 9:30pm – Stretch Class with Cathe 9:30pm
The Woodlands is an entire community designed to blend with nature. This picture shows just one of the many types of wildlife we all saw while staying at the Woodlands. Although the land use plan for The Woodlands was created in the late 1960s and early 1970’s, it continues to guide development, thanks to its
