Cardio Supersets features a bonus step premix. The step is only used in the premix and not the normal routine. In some of our Low Impact series videos we filmed extra footage to be used just in the premixes. In Cardio Supersets you will be able to do a timesaver step only routine premix or you can select another premix which features the step and normal Cardio Supersets workout combined for an extra long workout. As always, our premixes will offer you many different ways to enjoy the same workout.
