Broccoli Carrot Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredients

1 can 98& Campbell’s Condensed Fat Free Broccoli and Cheese Soup
1 package Tofu Shiritaki noodles
Shredded chicken (approx 1/4 of a rotisserie chicken)
Crowns from 1 Broccoli stalk ( or more as desired)
Handful of already cut up carrots
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Rinse off Tofu Shiritaki noodles and pat dry. Set aside. Cut off crowns off broccoli stalk and steam for a minute or 2 along with the carrots to soften. Shred approx 1/4 of a rotisserie chicken. Spray a light coating of nonstick cooking spray in a casserole dish. Place noodles, chicken, broccoli, carrots,in casserole dish, then add 1 can of the Broccoli and Cheese soup and mix well. Add salt and pepper and mix again. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or until hot and bubbly.

Optional : add scallions , mushrooms, Dijon mustard, and extra cheese to taste if u wish!
