Ingredients
2 lbs. ground bison
2 eggs
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
2T. grated romano cheese
2 C. oats pureed w/ italian seasoning to taste
2 T. ground flaxseed
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
1 C. tomato puree
Sea salt & ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into meatballs. Place meatballs into mini muffin tins sprayed with EVOO. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy with whole grain pasta and marinara sauce.
