Ingredients
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
8 cups baby spinach, washed
1 cup diced apple
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Place maple syrup, lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt and pepper into a lidded jar. Shake vigorously until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Place spinach in a serving bowl and toss with dressing. Sprinkle walnuts, cheese and apples on top. Serve and enjoy!
