Just kidding…But Cathe does use a board as a visual aid during this 60 second break to demonstrate on Cedie the how to keep your head in good cervical alignment throughout an exercise. Since STS Meso #2 is a hypertrophy workout you will need at least a 60 second break between exercises of the same muscle group. Cathe will use this time to prepare you for what is next and quite often will give you some expanded form pointers and fit tips.
