Ingredients
1 cup frozen spinach
Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Clove garlic
Sea Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Put 1 clove garlic and 1 cup frozen spinach in small skillet and cook over medium heat until tender
2. Slowly spoon in desired amount of fat free sour cream and stir, cooking over low heat until sour cream is melted. Do not simmer!
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
This can easily be doubled to serve more people. My husband loves creamed spinach, so I came up with this quick and healthy version of it for him. He really likes!
