Ingredients
1/2 c uncooked oats
100g canned or cooked pumpkin (squash)
30g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
50g ‘light’ coconut cream
20g vanilla protein powder
dash stevia
Directions:
Cook the oats in the coconut cream, with enough water as per package instructions.
Mix in the pumpkin, cranberrries, protein powder, spice and stevia to taste.
This is a great balance of carbs/protein/fats pre-workout.
