Healthified BBQ Pizza by GLee

Ingredients

1 Small whole wheat tortilla
3 oz. grilled chicken strips
Sargento Reduced Fat 4 cheese italian
2 TBSP Jack Daniels Steakhouse BBQ sauce or your favorite
Sprinkle of cilantro as to your liking

Directions:

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350. If you like, put tortilla in a toaster oven or regular oven to get it crispy if you like crispy pizza.

Chop 3 oz. grilled chicken strips put into a bowl.
Use 1 1/2 TBSP of the BBQ sauce to mix with the chicken. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese and mix with chicken. Sprinkle cilantro and mix with chicken.

If your tortilla is in the toaster oven, remove it and take the remaining BBQ sauce (1/2 TBSP) and spread over tortilla. Take the chicken BBQ mixture and spreading evenly over tortilla. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cilantro.

Put in oven for 5 mins. or until cheese is melted.

Slice into 4 pizza slices and enjoy
