Q: What level are the new workouts?
- A: All 3 of the new Fit Tower™ workouts are advanced
Q: When will the pre-sale videos ship?
- A: All Pre-Sale orders will ship on 6-23-2017. New orders will ship out in 1 to 2 business days.
Q: What kind of packaging will the new DVDs come in?
- A: The Fit Tower™ DVDs comes in standard individual plastic cases just like all of our other individual DVDs
Q: Do the DVDs have Premixes?
- A: Yes all of the DVDs have Premixes
Q: Do the Downloads contain Premixes?
- A: No, as always Downloads don’t contain or come with Premixes
Q: Do the DVDs contain Chapters?
- A: Yes, the DVDs are thoroughly chaptered.
Q: Is there a charge for Shipping?
- A: As long as your total order after coupons totals at least $50 we ship worldwide for Free. Remember you can add any of our current DVDs to your order to reach the $50 minimum.
Q: How will my order ship?
- A: In most cases our free ship orders will be shipped by USPS. Most USA customers will receive their orders in about 3 days after their orders ship while International customers can expect their orders to take between 7 and 30 days.
Q: When will the new workouts be available on Cathe OnDemand?
- A: As always new workouts are made available on our Cathe OnDemand network at about the same time as the DVDs begin shipping.
Q: Will there be a modifier?
- A: We don’t plan to have a designated modifier in this series. We will casually show modifications if/when there is a move that most participants would benefit from by having a modified option demonstrated.
Q: What equipment is needed for the new workouts?
- A: You will need a Fit Tower™, but you will also need a yoga mat, medium resistance band and a loop (all are included with the Fit Tower™). You will also need a barbell, step and a few dumbbells.
Q: When will video clips of the new workouts be available?
- A: Video clips of the new workouts are available now. Just go to the main order page by clicking on the “New Videos” link and then click on the workout and you will see the video clip for that workout. New Videos
Q: Can I cancel my pre-sale order?
- Pre-sale orders can no longer be cancelled as all orders have shipped.
Q: How Do I claim my Pre-sale Downloads?
- A: When you pre-order our downloads you will receive a “code” via email that you will need to use to claim downloads once they’re available, so make sure to save the email you automatically receive from us shortly after placing your pre-sale order.
Q: How long are the new workouts?
- Legs, Glutes and Core is 45:53…….Total Body is 49:15 ……Boot Camp is 49:16
Q: Do the new workouts have a vocals only option?
- A: Yes the new workouts have a vocals only option which allows you to use your own music if you prefer.
Q: Where can I find descriptions of the new Workouts?

Q: I live in Canada. Can I order the Fit Tower™ unit and the Fit Tower™ DVDs?
- A: The Fit Tower is now available for Canadian Cathletes to order on the Fit Tower website (excluding the provinces of Quebec, and the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).The Fit Tower™ will ship from a facility in Canada and that means you won’t have to worry about import taxes.
Q: Can Hawaii and Alaska customers order the Fit Tower™ unit?
- A: Fit Tower shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is now available. However, a shipping charge will be charged.
Q: Can The Fit Tower™ unit ship to APO and FPO addresses?
- A: The Fit Tower™ can not ship to APO and FPO Addresses, as the cartons are too large for USPS and UPS is not granted access to military bases. Additionally, the Fit Tower™ cannot ship to a PO Box due to the carton size, so the customer needs to provide a street address. However, our Fit Tower™ DVDs can ship to all APO and FPO addresses.
Q: Do I Need The Fit Tower™ unit To Do These New Workouts?
- A: Yes, the Fit Tower™ DVDs specifically use the Fit Tower™ unit and many of the exercises can’t be done without the Fit Tower™ unit
Q: I Live in Europe, can I order the Fit Tower™ ?
- A: As we expand Fit Tower distribution, our focus is on being able to cost effectively deliver the Fit Tower Workout System to as many customers as possible. The Fit Tower™ initial distribution was setup for the continental 50 U.S. states with Canada being added shortly. We will continue to evaluate our distribution coverage, and may expand our distribution in the future beyond the 50 U.S. states and Canada.
