    For the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to wearing shirts without sleeves this summer. So, yes, Cathe's workouts have made a big difference.

    I don't feel I've suffered for the lack of plie squats in ME. My overall leg strength has improved greatly through the use of this workout. You can separate your legs more in the squat section if you want to hit the inner thighs.
