Hi everyone, I am new here I was wondering how much room is needed to do LIC due to the step. I have never done step workouts and I've only done Cathe's Push/Pull so far (although I just bought the pyramid series). I am looking for a new challenge for cardio and if you have any suggestions, I am all ears. Also, my workout room is longer than it is wide so I can't be all over the place with cardio.
