LIC Question

Hi everyone, I am new here :) I was wondering how much room is needed to do LIC due to the step. I have never done step workouts and I've only done Cathe's Push/Pull so far (although I just bought the pyramid series). I am looking for a new challenge for cardio and if you have any suggestions, I am all ears. Also, my workout room is longer than it is wide so I can't be all over the place with cardio.

You will work your way around the step during LIC, so give yourself at least 18" to 2 feet all around.

Thanks! I don't have enough room for that so I will stick to Cathe's weights workouts. I'm also a member of the Tae Bo webclub but I am expanding my workouts a bit, getting back into my weights (I don't know why I ever stopped...I love lifting!). I started with The Firm several years ago, did some Jari Love, but I have finally found my niche with Cathe...it will give me the results I am really wanting and allow me to slowly build strength and increase my weights :) .
