i'm looking into muscle max after reading some posts. i already have butts & gutts and high step circut. what two cathe dvds can you recommend to complete my rotation?
i figured muscle max will help for an overall body workout- butts & gutts for the weak zones (hehe) and i don't know what else. can you help me fill in the blanks?
i'd like to get some nice shoulders/arms and great legs that aren't too big. i'm naturally lean- so i don't think that will happen... but.
any help, advice would be great. i'm keeping it down to two videos new videos right now because i'm about to get the club step too- so, i'm watching the cash.
