I have had this w/out forever but hardly ever do it. I have now revisited it and I love it. One question. Is it just me or is there no inner thigh work in this w/out? I have been adding inner thigh work before the abs. I was just wondering why this is?

I would be interested in hearing some responses to this question as I have just purchased this DVD and am thinking of returning it back to Collage for another Cathe.

Well, no specific inner thigh exercises but for sure you hit them through the squats, lunges, & step ups. You don't always have to do an isolated type of exercise to hit a certain body part. Especially with legs. Muscle endurance is a fantastic workout.

I don't feel I've suffered for the lack of plie squats in ME. My overall leg strength has improved greatly through the use of this workout.

You can separate your legs more in the squat section if you want to hit the inner thighs.
 
Muscle Endurance is one of my favorite Cathe workouts. I think it is very fun and I get a great workout. Try it again I'm sure you will fall in love with it!!!!:) :)
 
I always felt my inner thighs work quite hard on the lunges and on the leg press segments (as stabilizers). Plus, when you do the reverse curls with the med ball between your knees, really squeeze your legs agains the ball for added inner thigh work.

After talking about ME yesterday I did it last night. Still love it. it is one of my faves. I haven't done that one in a month or so. anyway, I am very sore today but its a good soreness! I feel like a got a very good and complete workout!! LOVE IT!!!!

Did you do boot camp? i love that one too. it is so much fun and really gets my heart rate up. BC and ME are two of my all time favorite cathes.:)

I just love the evil laugh Cathe lets out when doing the bicep curls with the barbell.

My knees get kind of tweaky with lunges sometimes, so instead of doing lunges w/Cathe and crew, I do plie squats using the same rythms they are using with the lunges. I do two sets--one when they have the right leg back and another when they have the left leg back.

I did some plie squats in place of some squats. I do love the w/out. I was just interested in the inner thigh thingy. It takes alot to give me DOMS in my legs. You know what w/out works my legs best? Legs and Glutes. It works my legs even better that B&G's.
Oh and I love love bootcamp.
