Dear Cathe and Nancy,

I just wanted to say a word about your fantastic customer service. I've been slowly accumulating your DVD's, buying a few every month. I'm always impressed with how quickly they arrive, and the nice job you do packing them. I've never had an issue.

I received an order yesterday and one of the DVD's was loose in the case. Fortunately, there were no scratches and it played flawlessly in my DVD player, but the little piece of plastic that holds the DVD in the case was broken. I sent a email to your customer service department and heard back from Nancy within a couple of hours. She is going to send me a new case!

Thank you so much for your GREAT and prompt customer service. You're top notch all the way!:)
 
Amen to that! I had a major problem with a shipment last fall that was handled both quickly and professionally. I'm a happy customer for life. :)

I have dealt with Nancy and Bob from Customer Service about an order question, and they were so wonderful and helpful. Sometimes it is so hard to "read people" through email, but I could tell that they were truely caring about their job.

I had to add my 2 cents. I ordered an original health club step on Tuesday evening at about 7:30. I chose UPS Ground shipping which was about $10.00 because I figured it wasn't a rush to receive it.

On Wednesday evening, I had a delivery email from UPS and Cathe and it was delivered Thursday. Talk about fast service! Granted, I'm only about a 45 minute drive from Cathe's gym, but I was still very impressed.

It's great to be able to give a compliment on great service! :)
