Through out the years what exercise equipment did you acculmulate?
I have:
Club step
super step
high step
4 firm steps from the wooden till the transfirmer.
dumbells from 3-40#
2 barbells weights to 85#
green jeanie balls,purple ones too
medicine balls
about 6 differnt floor mats
approx 150 exercise dvd's
weighted gloves
3- stability balls in different sizes.
ankle weights from 1-5#
Yoga block
4 bands
Handled bands
treadmill
Nordic trac
recumberant bike
eliptical
soloflex( I never use this)
big mans bench and pully system
body by jake ab machine
