Man, I am a lightweight compared to you guys.:D In my workout room right now I have:

about 30 workouts tapes and DVDs
1 club step w/ 8 risers
1 exercise ball
1 resistance band
2 body bands
3 sets of dumbbells (5, 10, and a set that adjusts up to 18 pounds)
1 ab wheel thingie (not sure what its called but its the one with the handles on each side and the wheel in the middle that you push out with your body weight to work your abs)
2 home gyms (my husband uses these. I prefer my videos)

1 Cardiopacer (pedometer & HR monitor in one)
