    He had the fever and chills. What's weird is he feels fine today. I'm glad he feels better, of course, I just thought flus generally stuck around a bit longer. He seems to have been coming down with something off and on for a little while. I hope this is the last of it.

    Today was yoga class. Had a good class and even learned a new asana. Diane, yeah, the interval premix is good. I generally do either the combo premix (about half an hour or so worth) or the interval premix because my endurance is not good enough for the whole thing!
