Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues July 12

Today was total body and I chose Muscle Endurance. Had a pretty good workout, wasn't much in the mood for this today. I skipped the shoulder work because my shoulder is irritated again. I think I slept on it.

On a weird note, I'm looking more forward to my C25K workouts then my lifting. That is unheard of.

It's hot here, too. Very humid, but after today it's suppose to cool down.
 
This morning's workout was upper body and abs. I did Lauren Brooks Ultimate sculpting and conditioning with kettlebells 3 upper emphasis, 23 min 130 calories, I then did Kelly Coffey's Split sessions upper body 33 min 207 calories. I followed this with Ab circuits weights and plates abs 18 min 99 calories. I wanted to get in some cardio and put in Zumba Activate thinking I would just do some of it. I was enjoying it and did all of it :D 41 min 301 calories, HR was ag 125 and max 148. I finished with Turbo Fire Stretch 10 45 cal 13 min. Workout was 2 hr 8 min and calories burned was 782.
I will post meals later. I started with a greens and whey shake post workout. Not sure what I will eat. I think I will try to keep it more on the veggie end of things today.

Debbie, I bet you are enjoying your rotation because it is different than something you usually do and you set new goals:D
 
Today was Barworks class and I think the teacher took a crazy pill. My butt and thighs have pretty much been destroyed. I think tomorrow I'll stay in bed all day and cry.
