No workout this morning. I will see how I feel later. I might still do some yoga or something. I did not eat enough yesterday. Woke up hungry.
meal 1- watermelon
meal 2- Muscle and Fitness Hers Honey Glazed Chicken Avocado and grapefruit salad with nutty maple vinaigrette (this was pretty good)
meal 3- grapes
meal 4- low sodium deli turkey slices with lowfat cheese and jalapeno mustard along with celery sticks and roasted red pepper hummus
Hermia, it takes me awhile on new choreography. I really do enjoy Hi/Lo Knockout. When I first got it I did the intervals premix a lot.
