No workout this morning. I will see how I feel later. I might still do some yoga or something. I did not eat enough yesterday. Woke up hungry.
meal 1- watermelon
meal 2- Muscle and Fitness Hers Honey Glazed Chicken Avocado and grapefruit salad with nutty maple vinaigrette (this was pretty good:D)
meal 3- grapes
meal 4- low sodium deli turkey slices with lowfat cheese and jalapeno mustard along with celery sticks and roasted red pepper hummus

Hermia, it takes me awhile on new choreography. I really do enjoy Hi/Lo Knockout. When I first got it I did the intervals premix a lot.
 
Roselyn, I love Greg Cook and Amy's workouts. They are pretty much my favorites. I do like the others but these along with Patrick Goudeau's workout that is 45 min I keep going back to. I think next in line would be Keli's Poly performance plyometric (not sure the entire title)
 
Today was yoga class. Had a good class and even learned a new asana.

Diane, yeah, the interval premix is good. I generally do either the combo premix (about half an hour or so worth) or the interval premix because my endurance is not good enough for the whole thing!
