Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed July 20

Today was C25K again. Same workout as Monday. My HR monitor was working great until I looked at it at around 28 minutes and it just wasn't doing anything and never did find my HR again. I don't get it.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure the stats would be about the same as Monday. It did feel harder today, though, for some reason. Not sure why?

Workout today was Pyramid total body premix adding the lower stability ball work 67 min, 5 rounds of 5 rows right then left, 10 squat thrust jumps, 15 pushups, 20 kettlebell swings 10 min 37 sec, Tony's One On One patience is a hummingbird yoga. I still have a bad headache along with a sore neck so didn't feel up to much cardiio. 465 total calories.

Hello! No workout yet today. My big toe on my right food is sore, so I'll probably not do cardio, which was my original plan. Also I think it's time for new workout shoes, so I'll go shopping later. I was thinking of getting Rykas.

Yesterday I went to bar class, although I had to modify a couple things for my toe.

Monday was GS back, shoulders, bis. I wanted to do the whole thing this week, but I genuinely was short on time that day so I just did the timesaver. Then I finished my work and got to bed late. =(
 
Hermia, sorry about the toe. I hope it gets better. Those things can sure change our workout plans. You have been getting in some pretty good workouts:D I need to pull out Gym Style again soon. I keep pulling out some of the older ones. They are almost like new workouts. Getting to bed late is not good. It totally messes with my week but sometimes it happens.
