Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues July 5

Today was total body and I chose Muscle Max. Had a good workout but my right shoulder is still really bothering me. I'm so bummed. I can't do lateral raises comfortably, if I go light - like 5#'s, then I'm fine. If I use anything higher it hurts like a mofo. Exercises like overhead tricep extensions hurt my right shoulder and other exercises. But I did pretty well and skipped the exercises that I knew would hurt.

Had a great fourth but ate horrible and got very little sleep. This morning I did Urban Rebounding Extreme- MT with Amy Bento Kickbox Metabolic Intervals 53 min, 433 calories, Max HR 163. Hopefully I feel more energetic tomorrow.

Debbie, sorry about the shoulder. I hope it gets better soon. My right one seems to be the one that wants to give me the most trouble.

Roselyn, I haven't broke out Core Max for a long time. Those are excellent workouts.
 
I haven't done Core Max for a while, either. I should, though...they are tough workouts. I've been wanting lowmax for a while, too, but since hubby and I are going to Ireland soon, I'm trying to be a bit frugal.

Today I went to barworks class and then did the intervals from Amy's Hi/Lo Knockout when I got home.
