Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for weekend of 7/16

Today was Day 9 of C25K. Only did this twice through as instructed rather than doubling it like I did twice this week. I just didn't have the time to do the whole thing.

My HR monitor kept losing track of my HR again. I have no clue why it does that when I'm jogging? It's always done that, though, even with my Cardio Coach workouts (I miss doing CC by the way). It's such a pain to have to press down on it to keep it working while I'm jogging, I'm not sure what to do? I'd like to not use it, but I like seeing where I am with my HR. I got so pissed I just took it off an jogged without it. I bought new batteries, maybe that will help?

I'm thinking I'll be doing my 3 miles at a 4.0 mph jog. I don't see me doing it any faster. That means it will take me 45 minutes to jog 3 miles. But that's ok, if I meet that goal, I will be estatic because like I've said over and over again, I'm just not an endurance runner. So we'll see.

After the 30 minutes on the treadmill I did the AB work from Cardio & Weights.

This morning was total body so I did Lower Body Blast timesaver no floorwork and doing all cardio segments twice, 54 min, 350 calories, I then did Body Max 2 Upper body and abs, 29 min, 153 calories, I finished off with budokon flow and flexibility skipping the spinal w/up and stopping after the tibetan table top, 23 min, 122 calories. I would have done all of the budokon but I have to get to our local pharmacy in 30 minutes before it closes. Total time was 1 hr 47 min and calories burned 628.

Eats yesterday were:
1 post workout vanilla Dymatize Elite whey with blueberries and plain kefir
2 spinach salad with roasted beets and feta cheese, Marketside chipotle ranch dressing
3-raspberry crisp I made for grandchildren from davita kidney diet recipe. We put original coffee mate on it since I did not have cool whip. This had hardly any sodium but did have sugar
4 beets and grilled chicken

Debbie, I sent my Polar FT 60 in for new batteries in the transmitter and the watch. It is still under warranty and supposedly set where you can change your own batteries but, if I changed them myself the warranty was not good plus I am supposed to replace the waterproof seal. I paid for fast shipping but they said it would be two business days before they ship it back:confused: This is after they repaired it and I paid. I thought I paid when I did the pre-paperwork but they sent me an email for the amount. Maybe next time I will be brave and change the batteries. Right now I am using my Polar F6. Both of them lose my HR sometimes which I find extremely annoying. Oh, and another annoying thing that took up time for me today was my Bowflex Select Tech weights. When I use them really heavy, they tend to get locked into the holder and I cannot remove them. They sent me info to deal with this, but I have to have them out of the holder to do what they said to do. It is frustrating and I try to be really careful when I return them to the bases. I had to stop today and it took me 20 minutes of messing with them things to get the weight out so I could re-insert all of the weights.

Roselyn, is that a step workout or weights? I think I might have something of his for gliding discs but that is it other than the URX-MT workouts.

Sunday is my off-day. Yesterday was yoga class, and Friday was Legs and Glutes and the abs from High Reps.
