    Love hummus as well :) My go to afternoon snack is 4 hard boiled eggs (yolks removed) and filled w/ a serving of hummus and topped w/ tabouli. The whites really seem to fill me up when their hard boiled for some reason.

    STS at the gym?

    I've gone thru STS twice at the gym....now i can't imagine doing it any other way. Not only do you have the weight selection but you also have access to the cables, which is awesome and can easily take the place of many of the band exercises. Nothing can take the place of fire-walkers though ;)

    Older Ipod Nano

    I have an older nano...4gig....model # A11999. I'm still wanting to download because I may be getting a new one in the near future. This nano does not play video....i'm not really worried about this in the meantime as long as I can hear Cathe's voice. Will it at least play the audio on my ipod?

    weighted vest

    Incline Treadmill I use mine to walk at a 15% incline on the treadmill at about 3.0 speed for about 7min. Then stop take it off and do some plyo........get back on for 7 min. etc. I have wings when I do those plyo exercises!
