    Heart Rate Monitors - What's my target zone??

    I use a Polar Heartrate monitor, and currently I'm using the default heart rate zone for my age. Well, 10 minutes into a Cathe cardio workout, I'm out of my zone. How do I make sure the default zone is correct and calculate the correct one? (My goal is fat loss) Thanks, Joy

    I found a new use for my FIRM Scuplting Stick

    I hate that thing - but I use it when Cathe makes us work calves, easier to move around than my barbell. But last night I used in MuscleMax for the front delt raises/rear delt-rhomboid squeezes. Perfect weightload for me, and I'm feeling it today! I still hate that stick, Joy
