I love the new Hardcore series! And love the extra burn I'm feeling from using the bands. But I notice that my form starts to suffer quickly. Do you think it is acceptable to just do fewer reps since I've never used resistance bands before and I'm just getting used to it (much like my first few weeks of stability ball training)- or should I invest in a lighter band?
