    Happy Thanksgiving today I did first 5 intervals of Imax 2. I paused dvd during recovery and added upper body weight work in between each cardio interval. It was a good mix. I am so thankful for so much today. I hope you all enjoy your families today and everyday. Carmen

    Hi ladies checking in with a quick intense workout today. I did two 5 min full body intense Zuzka KB and cardio workouts. left me breathless. threw in 5 chin ups and 3 pull ups with assist band. Have a fantastic day. Carmen.
