It's Thanksgiving here. Longgggg weekend. yeah!

Today I did a mish mosh again.

I did Slow & Heavy Back and tri's
PUB back/tri's
MMA Boxing heavy bag bonus
Molly Tittle short pilates segment

Then I went and played with 12 lab puppies. They are a handful.

DH is doing okay, it is a lot of work, but it is nice having him home..
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 Squat Rack Legs (the whole thing!!!) with intervals of Hitt Pyramid Wave and some of 40/20 in between the 3 minute rests. Next I added on Tracely Mallett 10 minute pilates segment + a stretch. This was an efficient workout - cardio and weights in an hour!!!! I am so looking forward to the new workouts. I made my own ripped hiit workout today.

Conni - so glad your DH is in better spirits.
Annette - where did you find so many puppies? sounds like fun.

Hi ladies today I got in two of Marcus Martinez 7 min kettlebell and cardio workouts and one Lauren Brooks 5 min fat burn kettlebell workout. I used the 25 pound bell when I safely could. I pre ordered Lauren's newest workout. Great workouts ladies. Annette I love puppies, are they yours? Have a great day everyone. Carmen.

Hi all,
DH having a rougher day today, but that is the life of an MS patient. He is very tired and is staying in bed mostly, but was watching movies on his Android and we watched some football, so that is an improvement.
I did Circuit Blast this morning and ab work following.
