I know you enjoy doing a lot of kickboxing type workouts. I have two I wouldn't mind giving to you if you are interested. They are Ilaria's Powerstrike 6 and her Bodystrikes workout. I just don't like them. I like her Atletica and Bodyweight workouts but not these. If you want them, please let me know your address and will mail them to you. Hi all who visit me.... I am a homeschooling mom of 3 boys and I work weekends at a Group Home for mostly girls. I have been working out for a long time now, always struggling with my weight. I think it must be a genetic thing,LOL!! Anyway hope you all have a great life.
