Today I came to the gym and did a gym circuit, upper body weights(machines, dumbbells and cables), elliptical, and the lower body machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. 102 minutes long. No 2nd cardio today I am feeling this.

I cleaned for an hour, vacuumed, spot cleaned walls in 3 rooms, dusted the blinds, the pictures, tops of doors, cleaned the downstairs bathroom ,floors, walls and all. So I was at least productive.

After a horrible night of not sleeping, I got up late and found a new garage Taebo that was 60 minutes with weight work for about 20 minutes of that, it was grueling but I did it and I am sweaty now. So at least I got a workout in, though now my arms will be fried.
