This workout uses moderate to heavier weight along with higher reps to get the job done. Whether we change up the rep pattern or throw firewalker loops into the mix, your legs will surely work up a burn you’ll remember the next day

Equipment Needed:

Moderate to heavy weight (we’ll be using 10-15lb dumbbells… but if you prefer heavier for squats and deadlifts, have it handy)
A firewalker loop (medium tension)

This one was sneaky! It starts out traditional and then the subtly builds a burn with lots of variety. Those in-and-out band walks hurt in the best way. Loved it! And let me say, those ladies in class really look great. What a fit and classy group. (And Cathe, you always look great!!) :)
