One other thing is to make sure that what you do eat, is delicious!!! Don't get off the junk then eat boring foods that you can't stand. I have found for me that fresh, chunky salsa goes with dang near everything. :-)

I was thinking the same thing. I'm no doctor, but maybe his long time of substance abuse has affected his brain making it hard for him to articulate himself.

I couldn't agree more. I buy the chunky salsa by the dozen. No joke, I use it on everything. Chicken, roast, turkey, baked chips...YUM!

Sorry to see so many people had a bad 2010, the year pretty much blew chunks for me too. I too will be glad to see it go. Hang in there though, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.:-)

What bothers me about this is that the powers that be are cutting police forces and letting violent criminals out of prison early because of budget problems; but we can afford to waste money on cases like this.
