I'm not going to judge this woman, but I am going to say that seeing things like this makes me glad that I love fitness and that I was finally able to learn to 'Just say no!' to eating junk, and eating for emotional reasons.

It is really sad, and if her weight was the cause of her death then it was also preventable.
