    Are you kidding me?

    I actually did this one last Friday. Yes, it starts out easy and kills you at the end. My suggestion is lowering the step for the interval segments at the end. My HRM said I burned 600 calories with this workouts, not bad for 70 minutes.

    How do you use BODY MAX2

    I think I've only done the whole thing as is once. The Cardio Blast premix seems to be the one I like to do the most consistently. I am also making the Double Upper Body workout a constant in my rotation. The Cardio & Weights and Boot Camp premixes are great too.

    Which Amy Bento DVD would you purchase?

    I have all of her new DVDs and love them. I agree with HLX. You get more bang for your buck if you want to add weights for circuit workouts. Also, she does have form issues with KBX (although I still recommend this one if you are experienced enough of a kickboxer to modify accordingly).
